Something about me

I practically was born in a shop; my parents kept my buggy next to the cashier in their own supermarket while they were working. I might not have always seen it that way, but by reflecting on it now I have been taught customer relationship management in the most authentic way possible for more than 24 years now.

Customers can surprise you with everything you wouldn’t have believed to be possible. And selling is hard – but from my point of view, having made a customer happy can be really rewarding and makes the stress bits worth it.

In this 30 second long ride on the elevator I have tried to convince you of myself. Based on this, would you give me your business card or arrange a job interview? Then get in touch with me or convince yourself of my experience or work examples

Hello and welcome to my homepage!

I am Susanna Ising, a 24 year old German Masters Public Relations student in Southampton and (if everything goes well) will graduate in autumn this year (2015).

Usually this is the place where I give a detailed summary of my talents, my character, my work experience or my education. However, I would much rather like to convince you of myself in an “elevator pitch”. Never heard of that? Imagine following scenario: you are a CEO or the boss of a department in the elevator on your way to your office. I enter the lift as well and I start my “elevator pitch”:
